1. Return Period: You have 3 available days to initiate a return for eligible items. After 3 days, unfortunately, we can’t process your return.

2. Eligible Items: Items eligible for return include ceremonial cacao blocks, chocolate bars, and ceremonial ground cacao.

3. Return Process: To start the return process, please reach out to us through WhatsApp or our social media platforms, preferably WhatsApp.

4. Contact Method: Contact us through WhatsApp for a swift response to your return request.

5. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product issue, we will cover the return shipping. If the return is not due to a product issue, the client is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days and credited to your original payment method.

7. Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges for returned items.

8. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not offered at this time.

9. Damaged Ceremonial Cacao: While we take every care to ensure your cacao arrives intact, Ceremonial Cacao blocks can sometimes break in transit. Rest assured, 95% of our products are in perfect condition.

10. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We’ll collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

11. Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
